Since you are active-duty military it is required that you resubmit the following documents via mail each time you process a renewal. Therefore, you will be unable to process your renewal request online.
1. Attached Military insurance affidavit.
2. Copy of your FL driver’s license.
3. Copy of out-of-state insurance.
4. Copy of most recent military orders.
5. Check or money order in the amount of your renewal made payable to: Dariel Fernandez, Miami-Dade County Tax.
