To update the system with the cancelled status of your license plate, you may surrender the actual plate along with a copy of your valid proof of identification via mail to Miami Dade County Auto Tag Agency, 200 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33128.
In the event the physical plate is not available, you may submit attached affidavit along with a copy of your valid proof of identification via this email address to process cancellation request.
Since the registration is under a company, a copy of the Sunbiz is required, showing you as the owner or registered agent.
